Help Desk: General support via phone, email & fax. Most calls, emails & faxes returned within 24 hours of less. Pay as needed or purchase a Gold Support plan.
Warranties: Maintenance/Help
Desk & repair labor warranties available for most systems / networks, new or used. On site assessment may be
required prior to warranty being issued.
On Site or In Shop services:
Free pick up & delivery for all in shop systems within our local area. Our local area is a 20 mile radius.
So for all pick ups & deliveries - 20 miles each way is Free to everyone. Mileage charges apply to all destinations
further than 20 miles each way. Ex: If you are 30 miles away, you would pay for the additional 10 miles each way,
for a total of 20 miles charged.
