Enhanced Ideas offers hardware to hardware diagnostics for all pc's. This process takes approximately 1 hour. We offer a standard 1 hour charge for pc hardware diagnostics.
Hardware to hardware testing is 100% accurate. This type of testing will isolate any chip on any board, for hardware failure. Even if the failure is slight and intermittent, we can diagnose it accurately. Our equipment is independent from your computer. So even if your computer does not start, we can still diagnose the problem(s) accurately.
You will know what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix prior to spending anything, except the diagnostics fee. An educated decision is a smart decision.
Hardware diagnostics is an in shop only
process. Enhanced Ideas also does
Data Recovery. So if you decide not to
repair your computer, but want to save your data, we can do that for you too.
Laptops
Enhanced Ideas offers machine code level, software burn testing for laptops. This process takes approximately 24 - 48 hours depending on the laptop. Most of this time is hurry up and wait time, so we offer the standard 1 hour charge for the testing. We just need your laptop a little longer for the tests to complete accurately.
Machine code level software testing is 98% - 99% accurate. It is the most accurate software testing available. So the test results combined with the experience of Enhanced Ideas personnel, we have always had accurate results.

Peripherals
We do limited diagnostics on printers. We do maintenance and cleanings on printers. All printer repair is currently outsourced. We will only recommend reliable repair personnel who will treat you as well and as fairly as we do.
Other devices usually require onsite troubleshooting and / or diagnostics. If the problem is not your computer, we can come out and take a look at your set up as a whole and find the problem. Depending on the your situation, we can fix or replace devices as required.
